Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as grooming tools or feeding products may not be eligible for return once opened.

Refunds
Once a return is approved and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please request a resolution within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds do not cover shipping costs unless the issue was caused by an error on our end.
